Introducing Our Own Range Of Contact Printing Frames

We now make, in-house, a range of high quality and affordable printing frames for alternative/historical photographic processes. All our frames are crafted from red Meranti hardwood which, as well as being sturdy, are aesthetically pleasing. The mitred corners are strengthened with ply splines. The split back is made from two pieces of 1/2" hardwood ply covered with a 3mm layer of neoprene to protect your valuable negatives. The heavy duty springs are made from 2mm aluminium ensuring your negatives are in perfect contact with your sensitised paper. The frame is finished with several coats of Danish oil protecting the wood and enhancing the beautiful grain.
